The Headshot Process
Headshot studio setup on location
We bring our portable studio to your location. Setup time is 30 minutes. We recommend designating a 12’x12’ space for us to setup our camera, lighting, backdrop and computer equipment.
How do you make our team photogenic?
It’s our job to show that everyone is photogenic. The secret sauce is in our expertise facial coaching that will help capture the right expression to make you and your team members stand out.
How are photos selected?
There’s an option to select headshots seconds after the headshot is taken. We bring multiple iPads for team members to easily view & select their headshots. It’s a seamless and efficient process.
What are the steps after the session?
After all of the team members have made their headshot photo selections & everything is approved, the photo retouching begins. We make sure all headshots or consistent & cohesive.
How soon do the team get their photos?
Final headshot images are delivered 2 weeks after the headshot selections have been approved and made. The headshot images are delivered electronically & can be downloaded in 4 different resolutions.

Is your team growing rapidly? We are happy to work with your company to be part of the onboarding process. Your individual team members can come to our studio located in Orange County or if you have 5 or more people, we will come out to Los Angeles to photograph at your office or at the desired location.
If your team members are coming into our studio, we’ll make sure each person's headshot looks like it was photographed the same day as the rest of the team. The headshots will look consistent with the shots we already delivered to your team.
