SETUP – We can setup our WASIO portable studio in your office space within 30 minutes. All we require is a 12’x12’ open area to set up our camera, lighting, backdrop and computer equipment. We plan around LA traffic and building access in advance, so setup stays on schedule no matter where in the city your office is.
SPACE – We highly recommend selecting a space that has a more quiet environment. Part of the headshot experience is our genuine facial coaching. An area with less foot traffic is ideal to have the interaction and connection with the person being photographed. Also, most of the time, people don’t enjoy being looked at by their peers while being photographed.
FACIAL COACHING – Using years of our professional expertise we coach each individual into the perfect expression.
PHOTO SELECTION – There is an option for your team members to select their headshots live while we are photographing. This makes the photo delivery process much faster and smoother. The selection process takes from 5 to 15 minutes per person.
RETOUCHING – Once all the photo selections are made, all the selected images go through additional editing and retouching services to ensure a consistent and cohesive look. Optional detail retouching is also available.
DELIVERY – Final images are delivered electronically in 4 different resolutions. We can deliver the photos in any resolution requested. The final images are delivered within 2 weeks.

We bring the same professional camera, lighting, and computer equipment we use in our Santa Ana studio, so you get identical results without anyone needing to travel.

Setup takes 30-45 minutes, and the optimal space is a 12’x12′ open area, though we can work with smaller spaces if needed.

If you have fewer than 5 people to photograph, it’s usually more cost-effective to visit our Santa Ana studio instead. Though of course we can still come to your office.

And if you’d prefer, we’re happy to come out for even a single person.

How long until we receive the final photos?

Final retouched images are delivered electronically within 1 week, in four resolutions (more available on request).

What if somebody is sick or on vacation on the team headshots day

No problem. If a team member can't make the scheduled session, they're welcome to visit our Santa Ana studio at a time that's convenient for them.
As long as they come in within two weeks of the original session, they'll still be included in your discounted group rate.
